Since AB = A1B1, AC = A1C1, angle A = angle A1, triangles ABC and A1B1C1 are equal in two
sides and corner between them. So A1C1 = AC; P = P1;
AB = AC + 3 = 12 + 3 = 15 (cm);
BC = AC – 2 = 12 – 2 = 10 (cm);
P = AB + BC + AC = 15 + 10 + 12 = 37 (cm);
