Two cans contain milk. The milk turned sour in the first can, and the cream settled in the second can. What phenomena happened to milk?
In the can in which the milk is sour, the acid formation process has taken place – this is a chemical process. And in the can, in which the cream was separated from the milk, the force of Archimedes acted (i.e. light components of milk, for example, fats, cream are sent upward) – this is a physical process.
