Give examples of the influence of environmental conditions on organisms.

The environment has a significant impact on the life of organisms. For example, in an environment with low air temperatures, animals have a more developed skin that can accumulate more fat and thicker hair. This is necessary so as not to freeze. In conditions with a hot climate and a low amount of rainfall and water, plants have modified leaves into needles and thorns, animals are more active at night than during the day in these places – that is, organisms have adapted to live in arid conditions. In unstable conditions, where it is sometimes cold or hot, the animals have adapted to regulate their temperature, hibernate, etc.
