How did the sun and moon come about?

No one can be sure exactly how the sun and moon came to be. But scientists still put forward more adequate versions of the origin of these celestial bodies. The version about the origin of the sun is that gas (hydrogen) and dust in space gradually begin to compress and rotate until mass, temperature and pressure reach a critical level for the start of thermonuclear reactions. This is how a new sun flares up.
There are several versions of the appearance of the moon.
1. The moon appeared together with the Earth from one protoplanetary disk.
2. The moon was captured by Earth’s gravity.
3 The moon was formed as a result of the collision of the Earth with another planet.
