How does the water cycle occur in nature?

Due to the energy of the sun, water evaporates in the vast expanses of the Earth.

Ascending streams of water vapor, having reached a certain height, cooling down, condense into water droplets and, having gained a critical mass, under the influence of the Earth’s gravitational field – the force of gravity – return back to the Earth (where, having made sometimes a very intricate path, they fall back into the reservoirs of the Earth).

Thus, the water cycle occurs both due to the energy of the Sun and due to the gravitational force of the Earth.
