In what parts of Africa is the sun at its zenith twice a year?

Our Sun goes down to the zenith, the zenith is the point of the firmament above the head of the visible, but this is only in the area of Cancer and Capricorn. The tropics are imaginary circles parallel to each other on the surface of the globe. To the north of the equator is the Northern Tropics, respectively, to the south – the Southern. In the tropics, once a year the center of the sun passes through the zenith at noon (about 12 hours): an area lies between the tropics, and at each point of this very area the sun is at its zenith only 2 times a year. North of Cancer and south of Capricorn (tropics), the sun does not rise to its zenith.
