Initial substances of the light and dark phases.

Photosynthesis in plant chloroplasts occurs in two phases. This is the light and dark phase. During the light phase, the chemical reaction of glucose synthesis takes place under the influence of sunlight. It is formed with the help of inorganic substances – water and carbon dioxide. Also, during the synthesis of one glucose molecule, six oxygen molecules are formed. In the dark phase, glucose is oxidized and ATP appears. This is the energy of the plant, which is used for the implementation of various vital processes of cells.
