Is the feudal relationship fair between peasants and feudal lords in the Frankish kingdom?

In the Frankish state, there was a tendency to landlessness of the peasants. There was a process of property stratification, the king distributed the lands to the nobility. Landlessness of the peasants was accompanied by the fact that the feudal lords began to claim their freedom, which was unfair. They gave them plots of land, for the use of which they had to bear obligations. This process led to the enslavement of the peasant class, strengthening the position of the nobility. Society was clearly divided into estates.
