The molecules of potassium permanganate will penetrate into the molecules of potatoes along the surface and into the depths. After disconnecting, we will see that the potassium permanganate stain on the surface of the potatoes has increased in size and penetrated deeper. This is due to the phenomenon of diffusion, i.e. continuous, chaotic movement of molecules and their mixing with each other, interpenetration of molecules of different substances between molecules of each other.
