There are three signs of equality of isosceles triangles. Let’s remember each of them.

On the base and side.

If the base and side of one isosceles triangle are respectively equal to the base and side of the other isosceles triangle, then such triangles are equal.

Along the side and apex angle.

If the lateral side and the angle at the apex of one isosceles triangle are respectively equal to the lateral side and the angle at the apex of the other isosceles triangle, then such triangles are equal.

At the base and corner at the base.

If the base and angle at the base of one isosceles triangle are respectively equal to the base and angle at the base of another isosceles triangle, then such triangles are equal.
