What are the main parts of a woody plant stem?

On the cross section of a woody plant, the following parts can be distinguished:
– cork – integumentary tissue, which is made up of dead cells;
– bast (bark or phloem) contains conductive, mechanical and basic tissues;
– cambium – educational tissue;
– wood (xylem) – is located inside the stem and consists of different groups of cells.
