What conditional lines divide the globe into the Western and Eastern Hemispheres?

Our planet, to be able to determine geographic coordinates, was conventionally divided into a degree grid. The meridian is a line stretched from north to south, which divides the globe into west and east. The first conventional line runs along the prime meridian near the city of Greenwich (Great Britain). The second conditional line runs along the 180⁰ meridian. Equator – encircles our planet and divides it into northern and southern hemispheres.
