What is the basis of power in the family?

In family showdowns, the question of who is still the head of the family is often raised. Everyone pulls the blanket over themselves, and therefore no one ever comes to any compromise. It is important to understand that power in the family is based on authority and wisdom. The one who acts more logically, wiser and more correctly is the power. However, power in this case is not a dictatorship, where one humiliates the other. A family is led by someone who knows how to lead it.
