What is the difference between mass and individual selection?

The main differences are in the names of the selections. The selection includes:
1.mass selection – select a group of individuals with desirable traits for the breeder.
2. individual selection – individual individuals are selected from the total mass, again with the necessary characteristics, from which offspring are obtained. The selection can be one-time or repetitive.
