What minerals are mined on the west coast of Africa and in the Gulf of Guinea?

Oil is produced in the Gulf of Guinea, with the following countries leading in its production: Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon. Equatorial Guinea is especially interesting, which thanks to oil in 20 years has turned from one of the poorest countries in the world into a state with a GDP per capita at the level of Spain. Other options are not suitable, coal and diamonds are mainly mined in southern Africa.
