What was the strength and weakness of the Greek and Persian troops?

We know very well from history the Greco-Persian war in the 5th century BC. If we take the Persian army, then we can distinguish its following sides:
Strong: large and experienced army; weak: harsh conditions in the army, war on foreign territory, lack of experience of war with the Greeks.
Now the Greeks:
Strengths: tactical advantage and cohesion, fought on their own land; weak: fragmentation and internal rivalry.
