When did the state of Austria-Hungary appear on the political map of Europe?

After the Napoleonic wars, the Hungarian national movement intensified in the Austrian Empire. It was especially strong in the period from 1849-1863. True, in the early 60s there was a rapprochement between the Hungarians and the Austrians. So in 1867, an alliance was signed, which marked the emergence of such a state as Austria-Hungary. Thus, it represented a country where the form of government was a constitutional dualistic monarchy.
