Where and how is the knowledge that water evaporates used?

The property of water to evaporate can be used in a wide variety of areas of life. Irons and steamers use the ability of water to become steam. The use of water as a coolant for nuclear reactors is also based on this property. Water evaporates and takes some of the heat with it, cooling objects. Therefore, water can be used to extinguish fires in fires, in medicine – to cool the body in case of fever. Also, the evaporated water serves as the basis for medical inhalers – together with the steam, it carries medicines.
