Where is the United Nations located?

The UN was founded according to a declaration that was signed in 1942 during the Second World War by the leading states of the world. The organization itself was founded after the conflict in San Francisco in 1945 at a conference. The founders of this organization were some Soviet republics: the Ukrainian SSR and the BSSR. The UN has a Security Council consisting of 7 countries: five permanent and two replaceable. The main headquarters of this organization is located in New York. In the modern world, a lot of criticism is directed towards the UN because of its inconsistency and low efficiency.
