Why is Russia involved in European wars?

The reasons are different:

In the 17th century, Russia fought with the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth simultaneously with the participation of that in the Thirty Years War.
In the 18th century, Russia found itself bound by allied relations with Austria (1726) and precisely because of this it became a participant in the Seven Years’ War (1756-1763).
At the end of the 18th century, Russia took part in anti-Napoleonic coalitions.
