Evaporation of water from a glass in a cold room may not occur only at 100% humidity, since the air will no longer be able to absorb water molecules (further evaporation is possible only after the appearance of condensation). The room temperature can only affect the rate of evaporation. Factors that additionally affect the rate of evaporation of water from the glass: the presence of a draft in the room (wind), atmospheric pressure (the type of liquid and surface area are not taken into account in this case).
