What happens if all the seeds on Earth sprout?

Since plants form a large number of seeds, then, if we imagine that they all germinate, plants will fill all areas of the land. However, most of them will die due to the limited nutrient content of the soil and the inability to compete.

For further growth, the germinated seeds simply do not have enough water and minerals.

In nature, each plant takes its place, an ecological niche. For this place the plant competes with other species, while the more adapted and strong wins. Many young plants will lose this fight. And those that win will violate the ecological balance developed over the years.
