A distinctive feature of gymnosperms from spore.

Gymnosperms and spore plants differ in their reproductive organs. Gymnosperms have male and female organs (often bumps). In the male organs, pollen develops, which is carried by the wind or insects and enters the female organs, after which fertilization occurs and seeds develop inside the female organs. There is an ovule inside the seeds. Spore plants do not have seeds; their reproductive organs are spores. The spores enter the ground, and there, after fertilization, plants emerge from the female and male gametes.
