This polygon is correct because there is a theorem by which we can come to this conclusion: “around any regular polygon, you can cut a circle, and moreover only one.” If from each corner of this polygon we draw lines to the center, we will see that they will all be equal and the radius will be is equal to the bisector of the polygon.
