Spore is a special cell of fungi and some plants, which serves for reproduction, settling and experiencing adverse conditions. The spore has a very strong and hard shell, which allows the cell inside it to survive adverse conditions: high or low temperature, lack of moisture and nutrients. When favorable conditions occur, the shell is transformed or dissolved, and the spore germinates with the further development of the mycelium or a full-fledged plant organism.
