| In an isosceles triangle, the angles adjacent to the base are equal to each other. Therefore, if AB is the base, and the angle at the vertex B is 31 degrees, then the angle at the vertex A is also 31 degrees. The sum of the angles of the triangle is 180 degrees, we find the angle at the vertex C: 180-31-31 = 118 degrees.
