Add the scheme and write the reaction equation: calcium oxide – calcium carbonate

As from calcium oxide, the chemical formula CaO, you can get the calcium carbonate salt CaCO3. It’s simple, you need to add carbon dioxide (tetravalent carbon monoxide) to calcium oxide. Graphically, this equation of a chemical reaction can be expressed as follows:

CaO + CO2 = CaCO3,

This chemical reaction does not require equalization. This reaction is reversible, you can in the same way decompose calcium carbonate into calcium oxide and carbon dioxide.
