All the necessary conditions were created for the seeds, but they did not germinate. Why?

In order for a new plant to grow from a seed, the necessary conditions must be observed. Each plant has its own growing characteristics. There are seeds that dry out very quickly and lose their germination. For example, a coffee seed can germinate only if it is freed from the pulp and planted in the ground no later than a week. Seeds, which have a very dense skin, need to be cut before planting. There are seeds, for example, lavender, for which germination requires stratification (aging at low temperatures).
