Let the angle A = y, angle B = x. The sum of the angles of the triangle = 180 degrees. Then we get 2 equations.
x + y + 30 = 180
1/2 y + 2 x = 180
From which we get 3 x – 30 = 180
x = 70.
Answer: angle B = 70 degrees
