A bright and quite bloody interethnic conflict is the genocide of the Tutsi people, the Hutu people in Rwanda in 1994. Tutsi and Hutu are two peoples living in Rwanda (a state in southeast Africa). As a result of the disagreement between the Tutsis and Hutu, more than a million people were killed, and before that, no one had cared about the United Nations.
