Are fungi and bacteria proliferating?

Yes, fungi and bacteria multiply. Mushrooms reproduce in three ways: 1) Vegetative, 2) Asexual, 3) Sexual reproduction. The vegetative path includes reproduction by pieces of mycelium, asexual – by means of spores and sexual – by male and female gametes.
Bacteria reproduce only asexually.
