Are microbes our enemies or friends?

Microbes can be both dangerous to humans and very useful. Beneficial bacteria live in our intestines and help us with digestion. We use a variety of microorganisms to create medicines, in the food industry, and more. But there are also dangerous microorganisms. They cause illness and death. But here, too, not everything is so simple. From the point of view of a particular person, they are harmful. But these microbes have helped in natural selection and human evolution. Without natural selection, we would not be so developed and strong in nature.
