Since that time, a large number of peasants were personally freed, although for a long time they had to pay certain amounts. Despite the fact that even before that there was an institution of the so-called capitalist peasants, since that time opportunities have opened up for the formation of a new type of management and, undoubtedly, the line of development of agriculture has been manifested.
