Are there similarities between the cells that make up different tissues?

I believe there are similarities between the cells that make up different tissues. Looking through an ordinary light microscope, one can notice that different tissues of one organism have a varied appearance, mainly due to the shape of the nuclei and the cells themselves, the amount and properties of the intercellular substance. The rest of the cells are similar, which is explained by the unity of their origin. Cells taken from different tissues, due to differentiation, may have special adaptations (for example, cilia in the cells of the ciliated epithelium), enlarged or modified organelles, but nevertheless retain their typical features.
