Viruses are not only a separate group of living organisms, they are a separate kingdom of living organisms.
Viruses are a non-cellular form of life, they have a very primitive (in comparison with other organisms) structure. Most often, the virus consists of a nucleotide that carries genetic information and a protein coat (capsid). Sometimes the shell contains a small amount of carbohydrates and fats.
