At what stage of development did primitive people have clothes?

The development of crafts among primitive people contributed to the appearance of clothing. Scientists have discovered that in the Late Paleolithic, people already knew how to sew animal skins using bone needles and pins. They could do wool weaving and other crafts. During this period, warm clothing was extremely important for primitive people. Many of them left African territories during the Paleolithic and ended up in the Asian or European space. In cold conditions, they were helped not only by clothing, but also by fire.
