Calculate the efficiency of a heat engine if it is known that for each cycle of its operation, the worker receives 650kJ of heat from the heater and transfers 270kJ to the refrigerator.

The efficiency of a heat engine is determined from the formula:
k = 100% * (Q1 – Q2) / Q1,
where
Q1 = 650kJ – the amount of heat received by the working fluid from the heater,
Q2 = 270kJ – the amount of heat given to the refrigerator;
k = 100% * (650kJ – 270kJ) / 650kJ = 58.5%.
