Calculate the volume of oxygen in the air of a room (room) with an area of 15 m2 with a ceiling height of 2.5 m, if the volume fraction of oxygen in the air is 21%.
We find the volume of the room: We multiply the area of the room by its height: V = 15 * 2.5 = 37.5 m3
Knowing that oxygen in the air is 21%, we find the volume of oxygen: 37.5 * 0.21 = 7.88 m3
