Can an experiment be conducted without observation?

It is not possible to conduct an experiment without proper observations. This is due to the fact that there is a certain algorithm, according to which, first of all, it is necessary to make an observation, after the data received from the process, some kind of assumption should be made. Only after the hypothesis has been deduced should the experiment be set up. The completion of the algorithm will be the derivation of the law on the basis of the observations obtained and the experiment carried out on them.
