Can perestroika be called a revolution?

Perestroika can be considered a revolution, because it radically changed some of the established structures. A multi-party system was allowed (previously only one party could exist in the USSR), as a result of which the CPSU was divided into several directions. It was decided not only to rejuvenate the party, in which people of the age gathered, but also to hold democratic elections (as a result, Gorbachev came to power).



One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
