Can the air movement generated by a fan be considered as wind?

Air is a mixture of gases, gases are made up of molecules. When heated, the air expands, its density decreases, and its pressure on the earth’s surface decreases. Cold air is dense, heavy, it is pressed to the ground and increases the atmospheric pressure. Due to the difference in atmospheric pressure, the air begins to move. Air always moves from high pressure to low pressure. This movement of air is commonly referred to as wind. The air currents generated by the fan cannot be considered as wind.
