Can we say that in the 18th century education and scientific knowledge firmly entered the life of the whole people?

In the 18th century, education and scientific knowledge in Russia spread widely among the privileged population. This was facilitated by the opening of new schools, higher educational institutions and other institutions to improve the literacy of nobles, boyars and merchants. Since the time of Peter the Great, there has been a tendency to spread knowledge. But in most cases, public libraries and museums attracted little to the underprivileged population, since they worked to satisfy their primary needs, and science hardly touched them.

One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
