Causation of Newton’s First Law?

The reason that the state of motion changes is due to force.
When it (force) is absent, then the movement of the body does not change, and accordingly is characterized by a constant in magnitude and direction speed.
The speed of the same body can be different and differ by some constant vector value.
This position also describes Newton’s first law.
