Compare an absolute monarchy with a limited one. Where do you see the advantages and disadvantages of both?

Under an absolute monarchy, the ruler of the state has unlimited power, any of his decrees is a law that is not subject to challenge. Such power rests on the upper classes, which receive privileges, while the interests of the lower classes are infringed upon. This leads to the emergence of social movements.

A limited monarchy (for example, constitutional) limits the power of the ruler. He cannot single-handedly make laws. In such a state, all segments of the population have the opportunity to participate in governing the country. The interests of all are taken into account, which leads to stability in society.
