Compare Antarctica and Australia.

These two continents have more differences than similarities. Both are in the Southern Hemisphere, Australia in warm seas, and Antarctica in the extreme south of the planet, where temperatures are always low. In Australia, the highest point rises at 3 km, while in Antarctica the average height of the continent is 3 km, as it is covered with a thick layer of ice. Both continents are dry, Australia has very little rain and a lot of dry areas. In Antarctica, all precipitation falls in the form of snow, but also in very small amounts.
