Asexual reproduction:
1) under constant environmental conditions, the advantage is that the daughter individuals are the same, that is, they are adapted precisely to them.
2) all daughter cells are copies of the mother’s, therefore, survival in changing conditions may not be ensured.
Sexual reproduction:
1) helps to survive in a changing living environment.
2) energy is needed to find a partner, there is a loss of gametes.
