Athens:
1. There were many different schools where children were sent;
2. The child could play music, drawing, sports, and so on;
3. The upbringing of the Greeks was quite humane, from the age of 7 children were sent to school.

Sparta:
1. The development of children here was quite straightforward.
2. Children did not learn to draw or play instruments, the main thing was physical fitness.
3. From the age of 7, young men were sent to special military camps, where they learned to survive.
