Friendly communication occurs when people have something in common, when they have common interests regarding recreation, spending free time. There are common topics for conversation, a circle of common acquaintances, and the like. This is communication without selfish motives. As for business communication, it occurs only when there is a mutually beneficial interest. Each of the interlocutors in business communication should get something from the meeting. Without interest, people may never meet and communicate with each other.
