Compare manufactory and artisan workshop (common and differences)

A workshop is a local production. There is one master and an apprentice. They make relatively few products. On the other hand, a manufactory is a mass production, when several craftsmen (hired workers) work in one place. They produce a lot of products (which is the main difference between a manufactory and a craft workshop). It is also worth noting that there was a scattered form of manufacture, with products being produced in separate workshops by several craftsmen.
