Compare the level of craft and trade in Europe and Russia in the 16th century. Who and what was produced for sale?

In the 16th century, the level of crafts and trade in Europe was at a higher level than in Russia, as European countries were going through a colonial period, due to which their production expanded with the cultivation and resale of spices, tea, silk, and also precious stones.

At the expense of their colonies, they could bring goods from America, Africa and Asia to Europe at low prices and sell them throughout the continent. Centers for the production of colored glass, faience, marble, bronze and gold statues appeared in Italy and Germany.

In Russia in the 16th century, household items remained the main type of production, namely: wooden spoons, dishes, icons, shoes, clothing.
